- populate the subject line with as much information as possible e.g. “DD – file upload Issue” and
- include description of the issue with screenshot or other attachments where needed.
Every email sent to the Service Desk will automatically receive a case number by return email. This Case number needs to be used in all communications regarding that case. The Subject line of every subsequent email should include the Case number in order to track the history/progress of each case.
Sample – “Subject – Service Request [CASE: 12345]”
